How to Put Together The Fall Harvest Charcuterie Board:
Clean your board with milk soap + water and dry.
In each mason jar pour enough amounts of Fig Jam and Honey respectively. Place in the board separate from each other. (Use Picture in blog for reference)
Separate meats and fold salami in fours making a ruffle. Then place them around mason jar. Repeat with capicola and prosciutto.
Spread Pumpkin seeds in the middle of the board.
Put the Brie cheese in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before using the cookie cutter. Use a cookie cutter to shape the brie into a leaf OR pumpkin shape. Add to the middle of the board on top of pumpkins seeds.
Cut pieces of cheeses and place around the board.
Place crackers in between cheeses and meats.
Fill empty spaces with fruits and nuts and additionall crackers.
Add cheese knifes, forks and honey wand.
Enjoy!
